AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2.

The City of Yamhill ordains as follows:

Section 1. Section 2 or Ordinance No. 2, enacted June 9, 1913, is amended to read as follows:

"Section 2. When any person against whom a fine and costs are adjudged is unable to pay the same or shall refuse to do so, or if he is sentenced to be imprisoned in the City or County jail he may be sentenced to labor one day for each $5.00 of such fine and costs. Such person shall labor under the control of the Chief of Police who may order such person to work under the supervision of other City employees or Officers or any other person in charge of City improvements.
