AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 210, RELATING TO THE POWER OF INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM.

The city of Yamhill ordains as follows:

Section 1. Section 22 of Ordinance No. 210 is amended to read as follows:

"Section 22. Titles and Numbers of Measures on Ballot.

(1) On a ballot measures shall appear by ballot title only, and initiative measures shall be distinguished from referred measures.

(2) The sequence of measures to be voted upon shall be the sequence in which the respective measures are ordered to be submitted to the voters, with the first measure numbered 51 in numerals and the succeeding measures numbered consecutively 52, 53, 54 and so on."
