AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE #277 AND PROVIDING FOR THE IMPOSITION OF COSTS FOR ALL MUNICIPAL COURT TRIALS: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

The City of Yamhill ordains as follows:

Section 1. Whenever the municipal court imposes a fine or orders a bail for forfeiture as a penalty for violation of any City ordinances of this city, the court shall collect the sum of a minimum of $15.00 court costs in addition to such fine or bail forfeiture.

Section 2. The council desires and deems it necessary for the preservation of the health, peace, and safety of the city of Yamhill, that this ordinance take effect at once; and, therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
