AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
TITLE 10, PLANNING AND LAND USE REGULATIONS, OF THE YAMHILL MUNICIPAL CODE,
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS,
the City of Yamhill has reviewed its land use regulations in accordance with
Oregon Revised Statutes 197.640; and
WHEREAS,
said review finds that certain changes are required to the Zone Code in order
to comply with the Oregon Revised Statutes, and other Statewide Goals; and
WHEREAS,
the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing on February 2, 2000, and recommended
adoption of attached document. NOW THEREFORE,
THE CITY OF YAMHILL
ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Yamhill Municipal Code, Title 10, Planning and Land Use Regulations, as adopted
by Yamhill City Ordinance O-420, Section 3, and Yamhill City Ordinance O-425,
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2.
There is hereby added to the Yamhill Municipal Code, Title 10, Planning and
Land Use Regulations, as shown in "Exhibit A" hereby attached, and incorporated
within this Ordinance.
SECTION 3.
Emergency Clause. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety of the City of Yamhill, Oregon, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
immediately upon passage.
