     Jim Daggett started working full time for the City in 1997. When asked what he liked best about his job, Jim replied, "What I like best about my job is the variety. There is a lot of routine work, but then there are many interesting projects and/or emergencies that come along. There is indoor work and outdoor work. There is detailed technical work and plain old manual labor. This makes for an interesting mix."

     On a personal note, Jim lives on a farm about five miles west of Yamhill with his wife Gail and his two children. He also has a variety of animals on his farm, too. Some of which include horses, goats, and cows.
